For a more chilled out day trip feel free to visit the local wineries or breweries, take a tour of the observatory and enjoy the sights of the night time sky, explore the little hinterland towns and see if you can find the best scones and homemade fudge around. You could simply take a road trip and enjoy the scenery or see where the road leads you.
