Q: What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in is available from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and check-out time is 10.00am. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, Weekends and Public Holidays Off.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
PLEASE NOTE THAT AT CHECK-IN A $150 CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY OR CASH BOND WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER ANY INCIDENTALS/ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR DAMAGE TO THE APARTMENT THAT MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR STAY.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes,for your convenience, all theme park and tour tickets can be purchased from our reception.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
· If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before arrival:
an Administration Charge of $65 will be payable (and the balance of any deposit paid will be refunded).
· If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival:
then unfortunately a Cancellation Fee of $300 (or the whole accommodation charge if less than $300) will be payable unless the apartment is re-let for the whole period of the booking - if it is relet, an Administration Charge of $65 will be payable.

Please understand that we are “Holiday Apartments.” There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice living room, kitchen, and balcony in the Apartment, the space is much more bigger than a hotel.
You’ll find it’s a nice, clean apartment when you check-in, and we’ll clean the apartment when you check-out.
For long-term reservations, we’ll offer a house keeping service once a week.
The apartment is fully equipped (towels, soaps, etc) and additional dishwashing, laundry, will be charged for. Please understand the cost of living is quite high in Australia.
