Check-in is available from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and check-out time is 10.00am.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, Weekends and Public Holidays Off.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AT CHECK-IN A $150 CREDIT CARD AUTHORITY OR CASH BOND WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER ANY INCIDENTALS/ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR DAMAGE TO THE APARTMENT THAT MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR STAY.
For out of hours arrivals, please contact the resort prior to your arrival.
For arrival out of hours on the same day, please use the after hours phone located at the front door.
14 days minimum notice for all cancellations.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit the $300 deposit paid to Surfers Hawaiian.
* Please note that the eTourism Holidays deposit is non-refundable.
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged amt_eto_commission by eTourism Holidays and $300 by Surfers Hawaiian.
The remaining balance is to be settled on arrival at Surfers Hawaiian.
This total deposit is included in the room price and does not include any additional fees or charges.
2 night minimum stay for our Low Season.
5 night minimum for School Holidays.
All our 1 bedroom rates include 2 people, our 2 bedroom rates include 4 people.
There is an extra person rate of:
Adults (14 years or older): $40/per person per night
Children (2-13 years old): $20/per person per night
Infants (0-1 years old): Free of Charge
There is a maximum of 6 guests in a 2 bedroom apartment.

No Party/Schoolies Policy:
While we respect your right to enjoy holiday in your own way, we must stress that the right of all occupants for peaceful enjoyment of this complex takes precedence occupiers are interfering with other residents peaceful enjoyment. The complex does have available lower deck complete with fridge for gatherings. A $50 cleaning bond applies and is refunded upon inspection.
